Come in to watch football got chatting to Reece behind the bar what a nice guy he was made me feel welcome not often you get such a nice guy behind the bar and we chatted all night about football and life looking forward to the next time I’m in the pub to have a good chat with him. Chris the manager was fantastic as always, very professional customer service, he helped arrange a joint birthday for me and my freind, he helped with organising decorations and setting them up aswell, also planning for taxis to, making it a very enjoyable night! Highly recommend!

I celebrated my 60th birthday here. Toni and her team include the DJ Mark really looked after us very well. They have two rooms for party bookings it was suggested by Toni that I have the downstairs one as it would be a better size for up to 70 guests. There big room holds 250 so much to big for me. We had a discussion about what food I wanted then on the afternoon of my party we went to set up the room with balloons and banners and the DJ Mark came in to ask what kind of music we would like I asked for 60s 70s and 80s and that is exactly what we got. I can't thank Toni and her team enough we had a very enjoyable night and all my guest's did too.
Visited the Walton Arms today after a wet miserable day playing hockey at the local school. As soon as we walked in wet and cold Sam from the bar jumped into action and got the fire lit for us to warm up and made some of us a brew to warm up from the inside . Top lad
I booked the downstairs function room for 18th jan a few months ago, for my husbands suprise 60th birthday. But when I got a call to say a change in management I was a little apprehensive. However the evening went without a hitch, lovely size room, friendly manager and staff. Mark the DJ was excellent for playing all the hits creating a fabulous atmosphere. Simple buffet included in the price and was lovely and fresh with a good choice of different sandwiches. Would totally recommend if your looking for a simple no hassle venue to celebrate an occasion. We will definitely visit in the near future. Thanks to everyone that looked after our party.
